Committee Meetings for Calendar Year 2009

CalSTRS manages two advisory committees. Committee representatives include employers, organizations representing CalSTRS members and beneficiaries, and CalSTRS staff.

Employer Advisory Committee Participation

Employer Advisory Committee (EAC) is composed of:

• County employer representatives
• District employer representatives
• CalSTRS staff

The committee is a forum to provide feedback regarding CalSTRS policies & procedures in:

• Information dissemination
• Benefit plan administration
• Service to members and beneficiaries

The EAC meetings are held quarterly at:

The meeting dates coincide with the CalSTRS board meetings.

The final schedule for the board and board committee meetings determines the date the CAC will meet. Committee members and other interested parties will be notified of the actual date and time.
