New! To improve services to our members, applications and forms can now be dropped off at most local CalSTRS counseling offices located throughout the state. Before submitting any paperwork, be sure to:

• Review all forms to ensure accuracy.
• If you would like a CalSTRS Benefits Counselor to review your forms, call your local office to schedule an appointment.
• Copy all forms for your personal records prior to submission

Appointments:

• Vary according to demand and counselor availability
• Scheduled about four weeks in advance in most cases
