Starting in August 2009, CalSTRS will be closed the first, second and third Friday of each month through June 30, 2010 under an executive order issued by Governor Schwarzenegger.

This closure includes staff who answer the toll-free information numbers for the CalSTRS Contact Center, CalSTRS Pension2®and those who respond to e-mails and other correspondence.


Send a secure inquiry to member services by completing and submitting the online form.

CalSTRS members may register for myCalSTRS in order to use the secure communication feature, Online Messaging.

myCalSTRS Online Messaging

Registered myCalSTRS members login and use your "Online Messaging – Mailbox" to submit an inquiry and receive a secure response.
